The 24-Hour Window & Access Prerequisite

Our resolution countdown begins only after we receive all needed and valid, working credentials (such as WordPress admin, Shopify staff access, hosting control panel, or DNS manager) necessary to diagnose and fix your issue.

Immediate Refunds

If we log in, investigate, and determine that the issue is a systemic platform outage (e.g., Shopify’s global checkout servers are down) or structurally unfixable within our service scope, we will immediately cancel your ticket and issue a 100% refund.

Partial or Non-Refundable Scenarios
