Welcome to Ignite Conversions (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any of our technical services—including our flat-rate fixes, site audits, or webmaster packages—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Scope of Services
We offer distinct service tiers, each governed by its own delivery and scope guidelines:
Flat-Rate Fixes ($99):
Covers one (1) distinct technical issue as specified on our solution list or clarified during checkout.
Out of Scope:
If fixing your issue requires a complete site redesign, migration to a new platform, or third-party paid application licenses, we will notify you immediately. If you choose not to proceed with an upgraded estimate, we will refund your purchase.
Website SEO, Content & Performance Audits ($129):
This is a diagnostic and consulting service. We deliver a comprehensive PDF report or video walkthrough detailing site vulnerabilities, speed bottlenecks, or tracking errors.
Deliverable
The deliverable is the audit report itself. The $129 fee does not include the hands-on labor to fix the discovered issues, though we will provide a discounted quote for us to implement the fixes for you.
Webmaster Support Services ($149+)
Designed for ongoing, fractional developer assistance. This covers maintenance, minor updates, plugin updates, and general site health tasks up to the monthly hour limits specified in your plan.
Scope:
Tasks must be submitted via our support queue. Larger tasks (such as building entirely new page templates or running major database migrations) may fall outside the standard monthly webmaster scope and will require a separate custom quote.
Secure Access & Credential Safety
To perform fixes, audits, or webmaster tasks, you must grant us temporary, secure access to your website’s backend (Shopify, WordPress, Hosting, DNS, etc.).
Access Management
We highly recommend creating temporary staff accounts rather than sharing your master administrator credentials.
Security Protocol
We never store your passwords in plain text. All access keys are strictly deleted from our internal systems once a ticket is closed or a subscription is terminated. You are encouraged to revoke our access or change your passwords upon project completion.
Backups
While our senior developers take immense care to safeguard your site, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining a complete backup of your website’s database and files prior to our work. We are not liable for pre-existing site vulnerabilities or data loss.
Subscription & Cancellation (For Webmaster Plans)
If you subscribe to our monthly Webmaster plan:
Billing Cycle
Your card will be charged automatically every 30 days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your client portal or by emailing support@igniteconversions.com at least 3 business days before your next billing date.
No Rollover
Webmaster hours do not roll over from month to month.
Limitation of Liability
Ignite Conversions provides highly specialized technical troubleshooting. However, because web environments consist of volatile third-party software (plugins, themes, browser updates, hosting environments, and APIs), we cannot guarantee that a fix or update on one element will not expose an unrelated bug elsewhere in your system.
Under no circumstances shall Ignite Conversions be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of business profits, revenue, or data—arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any and all claims is strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question during the billing cycle in which the issue occurred.
